SAMPO’s architectural concept was created by Archimatika, one of Eastern Europe’s leading architecture studios.

Its approach places people at the centre: car-free courtyards, active ground floors and spaces that make everyday life easier. SAMPO’s architecture is defined by clear geometry, a distinctive silhouette and the feeling of a city created for people.

The design of SAMPO’s shared spaces was created by Arutin Bureau, an architecture studio from Chișinău.

Its approach treats space as one coherent composition: from the lobby to the parking area, every detail follows a unified logic. SAMPO interiors are built around a refined palette, a play of textures and subtle ornamentation, creating a cohesive and considered environment for living.
